What we collect, and what we never will

Plain-language disclosures for the people who buy IXM data and for the companies described in it.

Where every fact comes from

Any and all information on ixm.ai is derived from public DNS records. These are entries a company publishes on its own domain, visible to anyone, when it adopts a vendor, routes its email, or sets its email security posture. IXM reads those public records on a schedule, matches them to vendor signatures, and records what it finds with a grade and a date.

IXM does not log in to any system, does not crawl behind authentication, does not buy survey panels or contract data, and does not scrape websites for content.

What to expect from a number

Counts are floors

IXM counts only companies whose public signals it has verified. A count is never a market total, and the graph grows every day.

A signal shows adoption, not spend

A verified signal proves a company set a vendor up on its domain. It does not show seats, spend, contract value, or whether the contract is still live.

Best effort, not a guarantee

Signals can be published in error, shared between companies, or linger after a contract ends. Every row carries a grade and dates so you can weigh it. Accuracy is not warranted.

Companies, never people

The graph holds company-level facts only. No names, no email addresses, no contacts. Pair IXM with a contact provider if you need people.

Lists are fulfilled by hand

A vendor list is prepared and sent as a CSV within 2 business days of checkout. You are asked to confirm the platform at checkout so we send the right list.

Refunds

A refund may be granted within 14 days if no data has been delivered, but is not guaranteed. Once a list is sent or an export is run, the data is in your hands and no refund is possible.

Formal terms are in the IXM terms and privacy addendum, which sits under the DNSai Terms of Use.

If your company is in the data

What IXM holds about a domain

What is recorded

The vendors your domain publicly signals, your email platform and gateway, your email security posture, your hosting country and network, and the dates those facts were first and last seen.

What is not

No employees, no email addresses, no private content, no logins and no contract terms. Domains that identify an individual rather than a company are excluded from the graph.

Ask for a review

If you believe a fact about your domain is wrong, or you own a domain that should be treated as personal, tell us. We re-read the domain, correct or remove the rows in the next refresh, and reply to say what changed.

Logos and names

Vendor names and logos identify the platform a company runs. They imply no endorsement or partnership. Trademarks belong to their owners; tell us if one is used in error.

Who you deal with

Entity, payments and policies

IXM (Intelligence × Machine) is a brand of DNSai LLC. Purchases are billed by DNSai LLC and processed by Stripe; IXM never sees your card number. The DNSai Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply, with the IXM addendum on top.
