IXM terms and privacy addendum
The IXM-specific terms for plans, vendor lists and licensed data. Effective 2026-09-13. Plain-language version: Trust.
Terms for IXM data and services
1. Scope and precedence
IXM (Intelligence × Machine) is a brand of DNSai LLC (“DNSai”, “we”). This addendum applies to the ixm.ai website, the app.ixm.ai application, IXM plans, one-off vendor lists, the IXM API and MCP connector, and any data licence, and supplements the DNSai Terms of Use. Where the two conflict for IXM products, this addendum governs.
2. Definitions
“Signal” means a public DNS record published on a company’s domain that IXM has matched to a vendor signature. “Verified company” means a distinct domain carrying a verified signal for a platform. “Data” means any output of the graph delivered to you in the app, as a file, over the API, through the MCP connector or into a third-party system. “Floor” means a count of what IXM has verified, not a market total.
3. Nature of the data
All Data is derived from public DNS records. A signal evidences that a company configured a vendor on its domain on the dates shown. It does not evidence seats, spend, contract value or contract status. Counts are floors. Signals may be published in error, shared between related companies, or persist after a relationship ends; each row is graded and dated so you can weigh it.
4. No warranty of accuracy or completeness
Data is provided “as is”. DNSai does not warrant that Data is accurate, complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Reported errors are reviewed and corrected in the next scheduled refresh where the public record supports the correction.
5. Licence to use Data
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Data for your own internal sales, marketing, partnership, research and diligence purposes, including loading it into systems you operate. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute Data as a dataset, use it to build or train a competing dataset, or represent it as a list of a vendor’s customers. Vendor names and logos identify platforms and imply no endorsement.
6. Vendor lists and fulfilment
A vendor list is priced by the size of the platform’s verified install base at the time of purchase. You confirm the platform at checkout. The list is prepared and sent to the purchasing email address as a CSV within 2 business days. The count delivered may differ from the count displayed at checkout as the graph is refreshed.
7. Refunds and cancellation
A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase and may be granted at DNSai’s discretion where no Data has been delivered. Refunds are not guaranteed. Once a vendor list has been sent, an export has been run, or accounts have been added and enriched, Data has been delivered and no refund is possible. Plans may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
8. API, MCP connector and fair use
API and MCP access is included on the plans that state it and is subject to rate and volume limits enforced in the application. Keys are personal to your account. DNSai may suspend access that exceeds limits, shares keys, or attempts to reconstruct the graph.
9. Entity, payments and contact
All purchases are made from DNSai LLC and processed by Stripe. Questions about these terms: Talk to us.
Privacy for the install graph
10. Data about companies
The graph holds company-level facts derived from public DNS records: vendors signalled, email platform and gateway, email security posture, hosting country and network, and first-seen and last-seen dates. It holds no names, email addresses, contacts, credentials or private content. Domains that identify an individual rather than a company are excluded when identified.
11. Review and removal requests
A domain owner may ask DNSai to review the facts held about their domain, or to treat a domain as personal, by contacting us. DNSai re-reads the domain, corrects or removes the affected rows in the next scheduled refresh where warranted, and replies to confirm the outcome.
12. Data about you
Account, billing and support details you give us are handled under the DNSai Privacy Policy. Domains you paste into the app to enrich are processed to return results to you and to improve coverage of the graph; they are not sold.
13. Changes to this addendum
DNSai may update this addendum. The effective date at the top of this page changes when it does; continued use after that date is acceptance. Material changes are noted on Updates.
