How do you get your data?
Every fact on ixm.ai is derived from public DNS records: the entries a company publishes on its own domain when it adopts a vendor. We read them on a schedule for millions of companies, match them to thousands of vendor signatures, then grade and date each match. No logins, no crawling behind authentication, no personal data. Is a verified signal proof of a paying customer?
No. It proves the company set the vendor up on its own domain, which is what turns the product on. It does not show seats, spend or whether the contract is live. Every row carries a grade and a date.
What does “verified companies” mean, and why a floor?
A distinct company domain carrying the platform’s verified signals. A floor, not a market total: IXM counts only companies whose public signals it has verified, and the graph grows every day. One company can own several domains.
How fresh is the graph?
99.6% of the graph was re-read in the last 30 days, and 382K+ changes were recorded in that window. Every row shows first-seen and last-seen dates, so you can judge freshness yourself. See coverage and freshness.
What do you not collect?
No people, no email addresses, no logins, no private systems and no contract values. Domains that identify an individual rather than a company are excluded. IXM describes companies, never the people who work at them.

Do you sell contacts?
No. IXM tells you which companies run which platforms and how they are set up. Pair it with your contact provider or CRM for people.
Does it connect to my CRM, warehouse or Claude?
Yes. Push accounts to Salesforce or HubSpot, pull them over the REST API, ask Claude through the MCP connector, export CSV from the app, or take full files into Snowflake or S3 under a data licence. See integrations.

Prices, plans and licences
How is a vendor list priced?
By the size of the platform’s verified install base, in six tiers from $500 to $10,000, with card checkout and no quote. You pick the platform at checkout and receive a CSV within 2 business days. See the tiers.
What do the plans include?
Starter, Growth and Scale all read the same verified graph. Growth and above add the REST API, the MCP connector and CRM push, with 5 seats included. Limits are enforced in the app, not published. Compare plans.
Can I license the whole graph?
Yes. Full files, custom cuts and warehouse delivery are sold under a data licence, priced per deal. Talk to us.
What if a row is wrong?
Tell us which company and which platform. We re-read the company, correct the row in the next refresh, and reply to say what changed. Report a row.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if no data has been delivered, but they are not guaranteed. Once a list has been sent or an export has been run, the data is in your hands and no refund is possible. Read the terms.
