Where the intelligence lands
One graph, six ways to receive it. Push it where you sell, pull it into your pipeline, or ask Claude.
Works where you already work
What arrives, how, and on which plan
| Destination | What arrives | How | Plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Salesforce | Platforms, email platform, posture, hosting and dates as account fields | Push from the app, on demand or scheduled | Growth and above |
| HubSpot | Company properties and lists built from vendor filters | Push from the app, on demand or scheduled | Growth and above |
| Claude (MCP) | Answers about any account or platform, with grades and dates | MCP connector, API key | Growth and above |
| REST API | JSON per company: 48 fields, platforms, changes | Pull, rate-limited per plan | Growth and above |
| CSV | Any filtered list, or a whole vendor list | Download from the app; vendor lists by email within 2 business days | All plans; vendor lists one-off |
| Snowflake, S3, warehouses | Full files or custom cuts, refreshed on a schedule | Delivered under a data licence | Licence |
Clay, reverse-ETL tools and your own enrichment pipelines are served by the REST API. There is no separate native connector for them, and we do not claim one.
Before you connect
Does a push overwrite my CRM fields?
No. IXM writes to its own fields and properties, prefixed so they are easy to find, and leaves yours alone. You choose which accounts to sync.
How fresh is what arrives?
As fresh as the graph: 99.6% re-read in the last 30 days, with dates on every row. Scheduled pushes and API pulls pick up changes on the next run.
Where do I get an API key?
In the app under API access on any Growth or Scale plan. The docs cover the endpoints, limits and the MCP setup. Read the API docs.
Trademarks belong to their owners. Vendor names identify the systems IXM can deliver to; they imply no partnership.
